Noย need for Ice! Just throw in some Frozen Fruit๐ŸŠ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ for this yummy Smoothie!

It has been an epic year of rain โ˜”๏ธ ย & cold weather here in Nor Cal, but cold & refreshing is what my little ๐Ÿ™‰๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™Š want! This is the #1 requested snack that my children ask for time & time again.

They love fruit smoothies & I feel great making them because they are so good & nutritious! With so many fruit possibilities this one is sure to be everyone’s favorite!

You can substitute just about any frozen fruit in this recipe! You might experiment with Strawberry๐Ÿ“ Peach๐Ÿ‘ ย or maybe a Mixed berry!

Right now pineapple ๐Ÿ ย is #1 in this house.

Even cooler is… How totally kid friendly these are to make!

My daughter Brooke has been by my side over the yearsย while I have been making these delish smoothies. She has asked me many times to let her help. Now… She can make these on her own! She’s learned to measure out the ingredients! Combine them into the blender! Juice the oranges! And the fun part… Blend away! She is pretty proud of herself for learning one of our family recipes & I am proud of her too! Warms my heart!โค๏ธ

This is also a great way to use up those ripened bananas๐ŸŒ ย Just because they look funny doesn’t mean they aren’t still good!

I almost always use fresh squeezed Oranges๐ŸŠ ย but you can also use store bought OJ or even Cranberry juice.

We are all so busy these days, soย juicing an orange isn’t always that simple. I suggest you do whatever is easiest for you!

Brooke my helpful assistant!

๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿฝ Grammie gave us this cute little juicer that Brooke is using here. We have been juicing oranges, lemons & limes ever since! The kids love it!
